NSP offers a variety of bottling and packaging options. Pressure-sensitive labels are used in conjunction with hot-stamped customer data.

NSP staff members produce gelatin and vegetarian capsules. Semiautomatic machines offer short setup times and allow encapsulation of materials that are difficult to encapsulate. Capsules are polished and inspected before bottling. Our machines accommodate capsule sizes from 00 to 5.


NSP offers superior powder-filling services. A computer-controlled auger filler with an integrated weigh station allows us to accurately dispense powders. Our pneumatic bottle lift aids in compacting fluffy materials to allow for exact fill weights in specified containers. Vacum conveyance for powders reduces raw-material waste and ensures gentle handling of your product. Immediately after bottles are filled, they receive caps with internal seals. Induction sealing offers the most effective tamperproof packaging available, and it hermetically seals the bottle, providing a barrier against oxygen.
