Whether your product is packaged for mass merchandisers (or) health and natural food stores, NSP offers custom packaging. Our packaging division uses automatic packaging lines and labels for fast production and uniform consistent results.

High speed, automatic packaging lines for fast, reliable packaging

Automatic safety sealing equipment including shrink bands, full sleeve seals, pressure sensitive liners and heat induction seals.

All tablets, capsules, and softgels are offered in your choice of bottle or solid white plastic bottles standard. (amber plastic transparent bottles available upon request). Powders and granulars are packaged in solid white wide mouth containers in various sizes (standard). Specialty sample packets for effective marketing promotions in plastic bags without printing or pressure sensitive labels. These packets are excellent for samples of your capsules, tablets, softgels, powder or granular products.

Contract Packaging - packaging equipment includes state of the art augers, and electronic counters. We package tablets, capsules, and powders in bottles. Our packaging capabilities equal our production capacity and will satisfy your packaging needs.

Granulation - Our mixing equipment is capable of supporting dry granulation blends in large size single batch lots. Raw materials can either be purchased through us (or) provided to us.

Warehousing/Shipments - Drop shipping services are available and will be charged on a per unit basis. Warehousing services are charged by the pallet.

Prototype Production - Prototype runs are available for new large production orders to ensure complete accuracy. Small runs on tablets, capsules or powders are available to existing customers for testing a new product.

Manufacturing with your Raw Materials - A cost-effective manufacturing alternative for marketers of raw materials. Savings on material and inventory costs, are passed on to you. This will enable you to utilize your current suppliers and be involved with your own quality control of raw materials.
